can you advice me some good free image hosting with high speed of upload and without restrictions in number of uploads and weight of the images?

but imagevenue.com is best with single file size 1.5mb

At IMGSync.com your able to host images up to 2MB, and if you register you can host images up to 5MB in size.
It also accepts most filetypes and when you register you get your own gallery

 

http://www.photobucket.com thought they are quite laggy at times.

Iam impressed with them

 

But the banned certain country..

Recently i had seen eureka dedicated server provider company which was providing free dedicated server for image hosting.

 

I like Photobucket.com or PicStation.net they both are vary easy and reliable.
