    I believe, there is no good script available for SEO, also, I don't think, its possible. As, if two files of same file names, what will it do? rename ?

    Almost all script rename file completely, like image.jpg = fw9e78r332.jpg etc

    Not really. They can put example
    dreamupload.net/123/filename.jpg
    where 123 is the number of files and the filename is according to tags.

    An image hosting sites main search engine target is basically the images part of the search engine ie Google image search for that i dont think the page seo matters
