    It's an average of the five months this site has been hosting. It tends to be around $150 - $250 depending on how much work i put into the site.

    Alexa is wrong. Due to the young age of the actual domain, not the site, the Alexa stats seems to be wrong. It hasn't even begun to monitor traffic yet.

    Greetings,

    I am currently selling my free image host www.loadmyimg.com.

    The site has been on the domain www.digi-tech.org.uk for the past few months but I decided to transfer the site to www.loadmyimg.com a good few weeks ago due to SEO and more suits the image upload theme. All traffic from digi-tech is forwarded to loadmyimg and the domain digi-tech is also included in the sale.

    I'm now selling this image host as I would like to concentrate on other projects and so I think it would be a great time to sell this site as it's currently bringing in a good amount of money.

    I use adbrite on the site. Stats:

    These are combined stats from when the site was on digi-tech and loadmyimg. My host linked my stats to the actual page so no matter what domain the site was under the stats were still recorded under the same awstats page.

    As you can see, the site is pulling in $200+ a month and the traffic is continuously high. To keep the money coming in this high you're probably going to have to spend about 30 minutes a day on the site, but once you've done it for a while you're looking at around 20.

    Due to high traffic you could also sell links on the site for $5-$10 a month. Even more profit!

    Upon purchase you will recieve everything you see. The domain (must have name cheap account), the image host script and the entire site.

    This site has been on sale before but there was a huge lack of bidders because of new domain name and low Alexa rank. Alexa has now updated and eveything is fine. Still no where near as high as it should but not willing to wait another week to let this go.

    To answer some more questions recieved:

    The site is hosted at host gator and hosting costs $9.99 a month.

    Traffic comes from people who use and trust the site on a regular basis. Main traffic and add revenue comes from people hosting images and then by there own decision using thumbnails. These thumbnails are then clickable and take people to the site where adds are displayed.

    The 30 min upkeep is a no brainer, is free and and anybody can do it. What to do will be shared with the buyer. It mainly consists of my advised places ot post links to the site etc. This just helps to build more regular members.
