    It's ok, but you haven't actually changed the original image net design (I would suggest something more attractive.). Also change the title of the site in the index2.php file, it still says Image-Net. And my last tip is to put the terms and conditions in a list rather than using an asterisk to denote a new list item.

    The Google ad at the top doesn’t look like it belongs. You could float it to the right in the blue bar or put it under the upload button. When you create the ad try to seamlessly blend it in. as of now the boarder of the ad doesn’t match anything.

    I also saw this in the source:
    <div class="support" id="agreement"><p>
    &nbsp;&nbsp;<a class="menu" href="./index.php">Home</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;
    &nbsp;<a class="menu" href="./tools.php">Tools</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;

    &nbsp;<a class="menu" href="./tos.php">Terms and Conditions.</a>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
    &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
    &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
    &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
    &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
    &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
    &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
    &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
    </p></div>
    Code (markup):

    That is a lot of space. Maybe you could wrap the nav links in a div and float that to the left. If you are not familiar with CSS just Google it and there are a ton of free tutorials. I am just starting to learn CSS and it’s not real hard to learn, just hard to master. You could also make the text a little bigger and add a little flair to your logo/header.

    That is just what I think and I hope it helps.

    it's not bad. i think the design is kind of plain, but i guess it's not baaaaddd. I'd work to either buy or make a flashier design. personally if i go to a site that offers something and the site doesn't look very professional or apealing i leave.
