I like it. Immediately felt at ease with the design. The background is excellent and the icons are colourful but not too much to look at. Layout is good, simple and easy to use navigation wise. Im not a fan of the grey sidebar, maybe another colour? but apart from that its top draw
Maybe a light blue? Very light, not something too intense. Maybe a light yellow? Something like a pastel colour rather than something which is uber colourful. The rest is very good though.
By far the best icon site I've ever seen both visual and navigation The banner looks moderately choppy but other than that excellent
Wow! the background graphic is just amazing! I like the domain name.. will suit well for the content in your site. Good job!
Great background design. The title looks simple, try to add some more graphics on that, it will be better and looks good.
Thank you so much for all of the positive feedback! I just wanted to make sure the site had good content and the information was easy to find and hopefully that is what I did. I'm also hoping that the social bookmarking icons I added at the bottom of the posts get used too! Those things can really be hit or miss with people.
Yeah I'm hoping for some stumble traffic pretty soon but I don't think anybody has stumbled it yet! Also, I wonder when we're going to move to Web 3.0? One other thing, I was trying to think of a give away that will help promote the site like maybe a Wacom bamboo tablet or something of the sort, anybody have some ideas? I wanna keep the prize under a $100 USD for now I think.
Looks amazing. I wouldn't change anything. Did you build this from scratch or use a template? It is well done and has a nice unique feel to it. Well done.
