    Haven't seen you around since your intro :p

    What I would do is shift your header text to the right so that they're not overlapping your photograph. For adsense ads on the bottom, try removing the borders (make them the same color as the BG)

    The Site looks very busy, and at the bottom something weird is happening
    i would change the header totally firstly, get a good header
