do u know a host provider, which allows image hosting websites?
I will put a logo or link back to the host provider if necessary

None that I know of. And honestly I feel that no one should as well. You are better off with a cheap VPS.

The problem with image hosting is the bandwidth use, and too much hotlinking can put a heavy strain on the server resources, that's why you'll have a difficult time pulling this off in a shared hosting environment, let alone trying to do it on a free host. Probably need to pony up some cash if you want to have an image hosting site that will get anywhere :)

there is no special requirement for an image hosting websites, except that they become bandwidth hog once they become popular.
you might start with a free hosting, but will have eventually to upgrade once things picked up

To put it bluntly, no. Even if you were to find one, your site would probably either be A.) very slow or B.) flooded with ad and very slow. Even on a solid paid host you are going to have problems running an image hosting website (not only for DMCA reasons), but also the potential for the site outgrowing its enviroment very quickly.

There are a few shared hosts which do allow this, although a lowend VPS may suit your needs better. No free host is going to allow this because of 1. Resource usage(CPU) 2. Bandwidth Use. 3. Diskspace Use. ;) If you really are on a budget you should create a thread in this forum stating the price you are prepared to pay and the diskspace and bandwidth which you want. You should mention what you plan on using the hosting for.

You can try Uploadly. The reason I am recommending this as it provides free hosting for photos and video both with unlimited storage and easy to use.

    I hope this helps.
