    OK, it would seem like would have to get membership of 20,000 before can do upselling/pitching and make freehosting model work.
    But Whaaa.... assuming 300 new members per mth, it would take 67 mths or 5.5 years to reach 20,000 :confused: that is a long time in terms of internet time. If we aim for 20,000 member in 1 year that requires 55 new members per day which is not really that easy. Or maybe the growth will be exponential... as more members refer each other..so maybe 300 members in 1st mth, then 600 mths in 2nd mth, then 1000 members in 3rd and so on :)

    Its all in the marketing.... like everything else on the net... sensible ad space acquisition, and ignore the cr*p.

    If you want your free hosting to be successful, you will HAVE to use LayeredPanel. cPanel won't cut it for a free hosting operation.
