    From Blogger dashboard, go to Settings> Publishing for a blog. Choose Switch to Custom Domain option there. You can get all the necessary info there:)

    Blogspot is the best for it.

    blogspot is SEO friendly and is free service.

    and ya you can also put your adsense ads on it ( if you are not having your own adsense account)
