Great, thanks. One question, have you used it? or you're just promoting it. I would love to hear you objective opinion about it.
    Thanks in advance

no I am not using. I signed for free domain in the past, but don't have a time to develop. Of course I am not affiliated with co.cc
If you have low budget go for it and try it if this works for you. Anyway I prefer paid domains.

there are lot free hosts but using free host service makes ur site unprofessional and not stable..and u wont get page ranking in search engines bcoz they all have limited option ..i advise u try paid host when u can get for less fee ..if u still want free hosting then try 110mb.com

No matter how tight your budget is - my humble suggestion would be to invest $50 for a year to get yourself decent web hosting and relevant domain name. I offer free web hosting - however - no guarantees on uptime. It is a good place to start with - if you need a playground to test and tweak your site, but if you are serious about your business, please go for paid hosting.
I have been using .co.cc and no problems most of the times, except sometimes when the names don't resolve, not sure if that is there problem or problem with DNS servers elsewhere.

    Thanks

You get what you pay for... so if your serious about your website move on from free hosting as soon as you can to avoid major headaches.

Yeah i know. I'll make that investment. Having a great domain and a fair hosting will make a difference. After that I should focus on building a kick ass website.

The best free hosting I guess its 000webhost.. worked fine for me, but make sure you do constant backups just in case, I heard of a case that there was a bug in a forum, and they blocked his account for mass mail, and when he explained it to them, even after buying their premium hosting, they told him that all his website was deleted and that there was no backup.. so.. start over lol..

000webhost is not that good .they have too many downtimes when they check your account for nulled scripts and stuff.

Although CO.CC domains are not TLD - They are coming widely used. May I recommend XTreemHost for your hosting needs? They have some nice features and great, free support. Good Luck!
