I'm looking to get out of the free hosting market. The site does well traffic wise and has mostly been a source of referral to the paid hosting service which has seen a great response. Because of the traffic numbers, the new owner could easily monetize the site with Adsense or CPALead.

Another great selling point is the activate forum community with nearly 1100 members and 17,600 posts.

Currently there are 394 hosting users, all Post-4-Host and plenty of room should you wish to add free hosting or ad-supported hosting.

It current fits on one VPS for $50 a month. The biggest resource use is space at around 60GB.

Yes, but you did not mention the amount of revenue you make out of the site, also there is no screen shots to proof the revenue (if there is any) ...

 

It is not possible to disclose those figures alone without disclosing the other revenue amounts of the paid host. However for May, June, and July there have been no less than 20 referral orders per month. However, you should assume zero revenue unless you also plan on operating a referral to your paid hosting because there are no ads on the site.

 

Do you provide vps or i have to find my own when i get the website. Please provide some detail info on vps requirements.

 

No, you will need your own VPS or server to move everything to once it has been purchased. The current VPS has 4GB RAM and 165 GB HDD, but only a little over 1 GB of RAM is used and 60GB HDD is used currently.

 

How much time will i have to move everything to new vps

 

The VPS renewal date is August 25th, so 2.5 weeks.

 

Can i go on with the same vps. I will pay for it after purchase

 

I would recommend that you should sign-up with the same provider and transfer everything over. I am still using some of the VPS on the account and I am not sure if the billing department would move it over.
