It is the first time I heard of the site. I only prefer free hosting that are stable, without ads, independent domain support.

I'm looking for advertisers for the main 22Gigs.com page and for the premium accounts. Bandwidth will be generous. I'll give you as much as I can. It will depend on who I go with to host the server and how much they offer. How many SQL databases do you need? I'll be using LayeredPanel. I'm not sure if there is a module for fantastico.

cPanel is very popular control panel most people are used to it and its very easy for people to use. The only problem is there's an extra cost for it usually $20 or so extra. Will be interesting with that much space given away.
Its better you add CPanel with fantastico features on your site. Btw, how much bandwidth you give for free member?
Domain or Subdomain (your choice!), Domain as well for free? logo looks nice. How long you think you can keep up? Problem with good free hosts is often that they don't get enought income. why 22giegs?
You can buy your own domain and use it. I think I can keep up indefinitely. Monetization shouldn't be a problem.
