So why this new fresh thread heh? Nothing works right for me now, I had posted a big review there, I liked your service like anything till a few days back now its worse.. Please bother to reply here Offer quality rather than quantity. I opned tickets and didn't even receive proper replies even after 24Hours, so i PM'd finding you online here. All i received were some lousy 1-Lined non-sense after 36HOURS! 1. Yes hundreds of users might complain but unfortunately the person(s) complaining does/do not have any account(s) with us. You may ask why? There are many enemies here. Our servers get attack DDoS attacks frequently but still you will find your websites loading at fast speeds throughout due to the fact we continuously monitor each server and ban the suspicious IPs from where the attacks generate though some of them might get out of our notice (after all a human monitors the servers ). We have people monitoring every server proactively. 2. I will like to remind you again the forum is not a support place for your hosting. 3. We take every measure to secure the server but no one can guarantee 100% that your site will not be affected. Even WHT got hacked some weeks before.
It was down for me too, Then i reconnected and it got fixed. Happens with me often, Why's that? This is not my ISP issue because it happens with THIS server ONLY
That is normal. Once Firewall blocks your IP you have to reconnect to get a different IP as you are using Dynamic IP

We never said WebT is a scam. It was always good with me, and i would NEVER call it a scam. The owner has been trying his best to provide the best service but things are going wrong lately. That's why I've been poking him here but not really calling it a scam. From my few years of webmastery experience i feel that with a 4Day server constant downtime due to failure and loss of data a server admin would simply run away closing all accounts. But he did not, and i that's one instance where he proved himself that he's not a scammer. I have no doubt on his genuine-ness. We just want him to improve certain things and his hosting can be made better. Like for instance the support system and server security and better means of communication with clients. That's all i want for now.

I dont know what is wrong with these 2-3 people who are not satisfied with this hosting service. So far i know webthosting is now one of the popular webhosting service has their own dedicated server both in NL/UK from world ranking Datacenter. also they have many clients now-a-days. I am one of the happy customer of them. Yeah..it is true they had some technical difficulties few days before, but now server, load, speed everything is ok. no downtime is going on, even i get almost instant support if i face any problem with appropriate solution. This is just my review as i am with this server from the beginning[don't take it negatively]. But what is the problem with 2-3 people where they are also in the same server, and the rest of them are happy?? I have looked all the thread of bentink and the same people are complaining repeatedly. Just a suggestion to bentink: if they are not happy,just try to fill their demand what they want, or request them to change their host. OVERALL... WEBTHOSTING IS PERFECT FOR ME, I AM HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.. If anyone thinks i am lying. OK..just go through my signature. you will realize...
