Why is it so difficult for you to try and find them yourself? In the time it took you to create this thread you could have found 3 or 4 different sites by yourself.
try http://www.frihost.com I was using it before a year back. you can use phpbb and any that use mysql. It's a free hosting but exchange with doing some post on their forums. I think it's greates free host ever. try it.
