Free Health/Nutrition Site Submissions

I have come across this forum many times, but finally decided to sign-up (glad I did). I have a website called the Nutrition and Food Web Archive http://www.nafwa.org. I am looking for high quality submissions to my web directory, particularly nutrition or food-related sites. I have been looking for a free article manager script, but none seem to appeal to me. I may end up writing my own and will post it on here once done. Any partners interested would be cool. Chris
