Free Google Backlink Checker?

    I have been lookig around and either the backlink check dont work or have to pay. Is there a free one to see link and anchor text of incoming links.

    Download and install SEOQUAKE toolbar and set the mode to "seobar" and you can see Google back links. Otherwise, I would opensiteexplorer.org

    LAst I heard, and checked, seo quake backlink checker was not working because, yahoo linkchecker was taken down.

    Search Google with the keyword "link:yourdomain.com". I think this is the best procedure.

    FireFox has lots of add-on tools to help you check back links, do you want to check your links or other websites, If you want to check your websites links then install Google Webmaster as that gives you more information than any other tool I have seen. I use the web rank tool bar to check other websites backlinks

    I am using backlinkwatch.com as well as Yahoo explorer to check backlinks, Specially of competitors and follow them. :)

    You can try Yahoo Site Explorer, it shows both do follow and no follow. Google can show also BUT only do follow (link:example.com)

    As i think to know the best result for back links use yahoo site explorer. In my opinion we got the right result from here.

    Easiest and fastest and also absolutely free method to checking Google link is-
    Just type the following in google search box.
    link:yourdomain.com (eg. link:rnsinformatics.com) and press enter. There you will see a list of web pages where your site got BACKLINK.
    These method will show you only real result.
