free gif animator

    I use "Ulead GIF Animator 5.0". There is a paid version but I have the full (paid) version. From memory, it was around 40 or 50 bucks. You can download the free one from download.com. It's quite a cool little application and has quite a few features.

    I use Macromedia Fireworks and Adobe ImageReady. I think they are both cool Macromedia is very easy to use and Adboe, of course, gives us the ability to create amazing graphics really easily. I don't know about any free ones but I definatly would recommend putting some money into these ones
