FREE FTP / MySQL Backup software?

    I am looking for an application that can regularly download the contents of my FTP and MySQL databases and back them up on my computer.

    I know that site vault is perfect for this, but I'm looking for a free alternative.

    Does anyone know of something like this?

    Have you checked MySqlBF?The Free version is fully functional of MySqlBF.

    MysqlBF its free so you can create an cron job to make yours backups
