FREE from shackles after 2 years!

Hi ladies and gentlemen of the Digi-Point forum world!

My name is Martin, I live in the uk, and I am part of a three-person team of webmasters.

For the last 2 years (give or take couple of months) we have been exclusively working for a rather prominent Internet Publishing Company.

Due to contractual obligations I am not at liberty to divulge information about our previous employers. Suffice it to say they have been exceedingly pleased with all the various works we have undertaken over the last couple of years for them, and when we decided it was time to go "indie" it came as kind of a blow to them.

All said and done, we parted company on good terms, found replacements for our positions, and we are ready to dive into the arena of "Webmaster for hire."

Our skills are widely varied, I myself can manage most technical duties of a webmaster, including but not limited to, Installing Scripts, coding wordpress templates, handling MySQL databases, customizing scripts, right through to more complex tasks such as intergrating one php script into another. Basically my technical skills expand right up to the point of writing custom php scripts from scratch, at such point I would pass the job on to other freelancers we have a relationship with.

My partners names are Pete and Lainey, who handled the design and content production side of things.

Over the next few weeks we will be offering Writing Services for hire, Template building and coding/customizations and basic script installs.

Initially, although my partners arent too happy about it, I have decided to offer up a couple of jobs as FREE! Obviously, noone here knows me or my team, and we cant really use work done with previous employer as examples, so some lucky people here will get to have High Grade Webmaster work done for FREE!!

More on that later, hope my intro wasnt too longwinded, glad to finally stop using these forums as a "research resource" and actually start becoming a member of the community. I've got a lot of general experience as a webmaster so I endeavour to become an asset to these forums, and not purely try and "pimp my services!".
