Where can I get this free software ( the which the current forum seems to be based on ) I , am looking for this particular provider , since it is quite recognized. Also , do they host it , or do you install it on your server ?

I will want to do some Site-branding , etc put links , navigation , how does this work with hosted vbulletin ? Forums like phbb, SMF can be easily installed using fantastico. Most of the hosting providers are providing this feature as part your hosting subscription. You can also down load from individual sites download and then upload for installation.
