free file sharing

right i need to clear this up thast people dont understand.
having a file sharing programme on your computer/owning file sharing software is not illegal.

It is illegal to download or upload copyrighted material,which in my estimate is 98% of files uploaded.it is the users resposibility not to download/upload copyrighted material,it is nothing to with the owners,they wont get in trouble.

also just because you pay to us a file sharing site,does not make it legal for you to download copyrighted things such as music.As the company gets the money,not the artist of the files you download.

it is legal for the owners as you sign an agreement not to download copyrights material and only download things such as freeware etc etc(though im sure yhey no you will download illegal files,the just pretend they dont want useres to do that,hence they wont get into trouble)
