    The old adage.... you get what you paid for may well apply here!

    With the free services you will have really terrible deliverability.

    Take a look at www.contactpro.com. They are about half the price of the other guys.

    Though he may very well want to send spam, having a 100K list does not necessarily imply that.

    I have come across several niche targeted double optin lists greater than 100K.
