Free Ebook Cover Software?

    Hello,

    Does anyone know of any free ebook cover creation software I can download? My budget is incredibly tight right now. I don't need anything spectacular just a basic cover graphic to go on my sales page.

    What's the average cost to have someone else do it?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried searching on www.download.com ? They tend to have such softwares for free there :)
