You do realize that you will still need to pay the renewal fee? If those are not domains you are particularly interested in then you would be just as well off registering a new domain name to meet your own needs. I am not saying you shouldn't take the domain if it is perfect, but again it will still have the same cost to you as the registration of a new domain name.
