there is nowhere free domain gTLD or ccTLD
But you may try competitions from several sites which offer free domain for the winner, also check freebies here at digitalpoint, because there are users which offer free domains usually .info

and when it tried to register a domain it was wanna "CONFIRMATION SMS Message Via Mobile" and i don't have U.K ! Number

.co.cc domains are free to everyone. but why not take the .tk?

.infos are only $2.99 at namcheap where i do my registrations, and i think i even heard godaddy or somebody is doing $0.99 .infos

if you want a domain, quit being a cheapass and buy one. even .coms are like $8-9 at most regiostrars. get off your ass, do a little work. gets a fresh 10 deposit into your paypal, and get crackin.

The only way I know of getting a free domain (.org,.info,.com,.net or .biz ..etc) is by signing up with a web host and they will pay for the domain registration as long as you are hosting with them.

I remember there has a hosting where u need to use it coupon so can get 1 year free hosting and free domain only but u cant transfer the domain until next year which mean u need to continue use their hosting (but i cant remember which hosting already). if u want lifetime domain for free that impossible and i think this will never happen.
