Free domain trasfer registrar?

    Are there any companies offering free domain transfers without having to pay for a year extension?I am talking about .coms

    You may push domain names from one account to another account free of charge under the same domain name registrar.
    but, you must pay a domain renewal fee - if you want to make domain name transfer from A-registrar to B-registrar mostly...
