    This is only for websites. But I'm sure if you google around you'll find some quality, free article directories. :)

    I tried to submit a site, and it said my IP was banned. lol Not sure why it would be, but I would look into a better spam solution that does not block American IPs if you want paid submissions.

    I use BotScoutAPI but other than that I haven't banned you.
    Is your IP listed on a spam blacklist perhaps? That may be it.
