Hi, I was thinking after I had PM you - and this is purely my opinion - it may be a good idea if you send out a monthly email to everybody telling them what's happening on your directory. Or you can make it even more infrequent.

The point is, there are thousands upon thousands of directories out there, so you need to remind people of your existence. This does not need to be spam, just a paragraph or two. It will serve two purposes ie remind people that they currently have a listing on your directory and also serve as a quick link if I want to list another website.
