    That's new, but there is still a free option so it would fall under the category of free.

    Actually i had the free option enabled before, i had to disable it, for some reason after i post my directory here.. I received more than a thousand submission and and it kept on rising everyday. It was more than i can handle right now. Im still a noob at this directory thing. So i decided to disable the free option. Im manually reviewing the sites so it will really take time to finish.:)

    Yes, it can be "free" when you can only get something for not giving anything, if you are giving something or offering a service (in this case a link back) then it is not more free.
