Free Directory submit with no review time?

    Maybe I am thinking about this wrong but if the directory just accepted sites, there would be tons of links posted there already. This normally lessens the quality of the directory. Do search engines look at this as spamming. Especially when they have 100 links per page. I'd like to hear some opinions on why this is a strategic idea. Thanks in advance

    So far haven't see any directory submit without review time, but i went through all the SEO friendly directories, they will approved your links very fast than other directories.
