    I had asked for 2 sites to be submitted

    1. did receive reports for both within a day
    2. did receive confirmation emails from some of the directories submitted to (ok I know not all directories send a confirmation email)
    3. did start work the moment I paid for it

    Overall, very good rate and someone I will definitely again use for my clients.
