Free Directory of Medical and Mental Health Support Groups

New directory of medical and mental health support groups, just starting to populate the categories.

At present, the directory is organized geographically by country/region, state/province, city/town. As we populate the directory, we will include @categories (virtual categories) to pull support groups by topic regardless of location.

No reciprocal required. No fee for standard submission.

I think this has the potential to be a valuable international resource for mental health individuals in assisting them to find appropriate support groups, most of which have limited funding and zero advertising budgets. Please note that the support group does not need to have a web site in order to be listed as long as contact information is supplied.

 

Clarification:

Please note that this is for support groups only, not for private practice counselors or treatment clinics or treatment programs (those can be submitted instead to http://directory.psychlinks.ca/Therapy-and-Therapists/Treatment-Programs-and-Clinics/, which is also free for standard listings).

Organizations that offer both treatment AND support groups will be considered.
