    I tried submit more than three time but seems there is a problem in captcha. I can entre maximum five characters but captcha is showing six characters.

    Its a bug in the code had to fix it on mine to the captcha image is 6 letters long but the input on the type is set to 5 changes this 5 to a 6 give it a bit refresh should work for ya.

    Re upload your submit.php file to your host maybe you renamed it wrong? Just use the one you got from the PHP LD site when you bought it replace submit.php with that file in there. Should be ok then. Hope this works for ya to
