free directory de-indexed can it be re indexed ?

    My free directory http://www.world-experts.net has been de-indexed by google on august 16th with a message on webmaster's tools
    no specific reason is mentioned just that its not following the google guidelines

    has anybody had their directory de-indexed and re-indexed again ?
    what do you think the steps should be to re-index it ?
