    You can try my list of active directories at
    http://www.linksadmin.net/directories.

    It's the result of bot and human weekly revisions. Check the item "last activity detected" under each listing and submit only to active web directories. I think that my list is a good approach to improve any directory submissions campaign. You can also register to track your submissions flagging directories in different ways.
