Free Dir script

Hi,

I was wondering what the best free directory script was

I am looking to make a good dir on a $0 budget.

That's impossible, to make a good dir and spend $0 on it

the golden rule w/ directories "you can NOT make a good one if your cheap"

 

You can cos you can submit to con-current directorys and get links from other directorys.

I already have a domain which is a good start.

The best directory script I have seen is phplinkdirectory script and also Freephpdirectory script

There are also many others like site sift listings are available for free

I use only Freephpdirectory script

Phpld is the only one I've tried so far, but it works great for me.

PHPLD is god for the price
For making some free promotion try free directories submission and link exchanging, by experience you will find it very hard to pass PR4 mark without buying links.
