    I have one health blog and for promote it I want great PR DIR list to submit my site in.

    Here is a good directory list for you to start submitting your site.
    Keep in mind that a backlink from PR0 directory is better than submitting to PR8 directory and never get approved ;)

    Check my sig for another list of free directories. You can use the directory search to narrow the list to directories with high PR or a specific niche.
