How the site works:
Visitors join up for an account, complete 1-2 minute surveys, and once they have reached the minimum threshold of points, set by you, they can then request to cashout for their debit card. They may also chose to continue to complete surveys to increase the face value of their debit card.

You, as the admin, would then go to the merchant I will supply, purchase the debit card, and have it mailed to the member. The site is designed to offer debit cards, but you could offer any type of gift certificate, as long as it is something you can purchase online, ie. iTunes gift certificates, Amazon, etc....

The site has a built in referral program that will give your members a referral link that gives them points for every point their referral makes, giving you, the owner, a viral tool that could make your site HUGE.

No, it's not a scam. You can use the software to offer anything you can purchase online to offer members for taking surveys. There's tons of them online.

I see you have stats is it just the 13 dollars that you have made? Not the 3000, correct please clarify.

Also with selling the complete website, including the domain name the script is tied to I do not think its wrong. Selling the script, yes. Selling complete site no. But each developer has own rules. Please have original seller post here for permission then will bid.
