Free Customer Relationship Management Software

    Do you know any free customer relationship management sofware?
    I just want to have a simple one which I can restore some of clients's information and send them emails for promotional products.

    If you are interested in hosted applications, you can checkout Zoho.com. They are fabulous, and up to a certain point, free.
