Free CSS Templates Its been a long time but I decided I was going to release the site. At the moment it is static, hand coded . Template and link partnership submissions work though (hint). All comments welcomed. Will be submitting to directories and adding content in near future. Looking for link partners and tutorials and templates. May also want to convert the site to php one day. If you submit templates you will get a link on the left if you are within top 5. I will count myself . Better than any php system anyday.

your header looks good! design is nice but design looks very dark! its not suitable for a teplate site! you will add icons and pictures!
