free CRM software vs. paid ones

    Hello everyone, I'm currently trying out this free CRM (see http://www.sugarfreecrm.net) and so far, it's been good.

    Has anyone else tried this? I'm thinking I should just continue using this instead of going for the paid ones. I mean, it's free and the features are fine. What do you think?

    what about joomla, drupal, mambo and synthasite? they are good and free :)
