Tried a new one today and I must say it turned out really good (I have my collection of favorites that I make time and time again) but I love to explore crockpot recipes
I did a warm blue crab bruschetta today (This one does take a bit longer to prep but it was really, really good)

    Ingredients:
4 cups peeled, seeded and diced Roma Tomatoes
    1 cup diced white onion
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    2 tablespoons sugar
1 pound lump blue crabmeat , picked over for shells
    1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
    1/3 cup minced fresh basil
    2 baguettes, sliced and toasted

    Prep:
Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, oil, vinegar, oregano and sugar in Crockpot. Cover and Cook on Low 2 hours

Add crab meat, salt and black pepper. Stir gently to mix, taking care not to break, crabmeat lumps, Cook on low 1 hour

Fold in basil. Serve with baguette slices

This is your crockpot recipe of the day and it is harder to make but well worth it. Absolutely delicious
