Free coupon use and ppc spy tool questions?

    Two questions, I have been using an adwords account to promote my web site for over a year, I have a £75 adwords voucher from hsbc for use with a new account only, Can i set up a new account to use the voucher to point ads to the same website or will google recognise and penalise me for doing so?

    Also is there any good free or cheap software for monitoring competitors adwords campaigns and click costs etc.

    Pause the original campaign while using the coupon on the new account.
