Who was the host in this instance. I find hostgator amazing but have had trouble not understanding permission settings - my fault not there's.

 

Can anyone explain what a 403 error is all about?

 

Hey Dodger, did you ever get this problem a sorted as I ran into the same thing recently?

 

I have been looking around for a network whereby people can either provide contents or give backlinks depending on what side of the equation they are on , so this was an interesting post for me

Many sites have a lot of content for users which could be used for a shared advertising network. So the way I figured it, is why not use it and create the first cooperative advertising network

then you mean that i can run google adsend and ads network without to be penalize by google adsense?
