    Not a horrible idea, really, but it's basically plagiarism. If you use it to give you some ideas on what to include in your blog post, then it would be a useful tool, possibly.

    translating some one article is ok for me as long as you keep tell the source of your content, it is not bad idea, for example many from my local blogger use this technique to make new content for their blog!
