    Visibone Colour Lab

edited to add: I just clicked your link and realized you aren't looking for a colour-picker but rather help with swatches
the best advice I would give is to go to your local library and get a couple books out on colour theory rather than relying on automated tools

Not sure that's what your looking for, but there is ColorZilla a Firefox extension.

And about your ads, I wouldn't change anything, seems very well blended to me.

I would change your the title link in your ads to the same red in your colour scheme and change the bottom url to the same grey you are using
I bet your ctr would improve dramatically :)

I thought Adobe Photoshop's color picker is the best one. And I'm also a great fan of FF color picker tool.

I use ColorSchemer and Well Styled. I like Well Styled the best because it works even when you are offline :)
