I've seen lots of free classifieds where people advertise their Clickbank products and include their link.

I am thinking of trying to use USfreeads.com

Has anyone used it? Or maybe you are placing classifieds somewhere else?

How does it work for you?

Premium Membership on UsFreeAds is 10$/month and you can post unlimited ads.

If you think, and can easily can get this membership fee back in few days, plus start making profit if this method of product promotion works well.

if you think about it, how many people go to a free classifieds site (besides craigslist) to buy something? Always put yourself in the buyer's shoes. Would you buy something from a free classifieds site? These site seem to appeal more to sellers than to buyers. Just because there is a link to your product somewhere in cyberspace (albeit free), does not mean it will lead to sales or be worth the time/effort of putting up. Your highly-specific target customers are a limited population, and they aren't going to magically gravitate toward a free classified listing and buy a clickbank product. To put it in perspective, think about PPC. If 5000 targeted people come across your ad in PPC, only a fraction of them will click, and an even smaller fraction will buy. In the case of these obscure free classifieds, you get untargeted viewers with extremely few clicks from generally disinterested people who are even less likely to buy, and it's largely a wasted effort. It's like walking through a huge crowd of people trying to sell a quart of green paint (you wouldn't do that, would you?). Actually, it's more like trying to sell the paint at a garage sale. Pretty pointless, and equally hopeless. However, if you bring the paint to a paint store, you might find a buyer, eventually.

My suggestion is that if you can find a free classifieds for a particular niche such as pet stuff, and establish that the classifieds get reasonable traffic, and then sell a pet-related product from clickbank, that might be worthwhile.

Of course, if Google indexes all of these free classifieds and ranks them well in relevant search results, I take back everything I said. However, I think Google has learned to rank classifieds fairly low on the totem-pole because they are inherently temporary links, and Google is attracted to links with permanence/stability.

I think it would be too easy to make money, if classified ads would work good. Just by posting few ads a day, and getting many sales everyday....That's impossible.

    Thanks for advice.

USfreeads has worked very well for us as it continues to get free traffic in Google by getting indexed for keywords.

Yes sales come in frequently with USFreeads

Conversion rates are much better through other advertising avenues but it's free for putting up as many ads as you want with USFreeads so conversion rate don't concern me as much there.

So do you make sales from USFreeads daily? If yes, then I don't mind writing hundreds of ads, if they convert ;)

What other methods do you use for advertising?

    I second dropship.

I use usfreeads for my dayjob and it brought us 6 customers for the month of december. It does actually work because of the high rankings. Those 6 jobs.....lemme take a look at our logging software.....

    $2404.75

I work at a body shop by the way. So once the customer walks in the door, we have to sell the work. Its fun seeing what I was able to do for this company. Although, I seriously regret it sometimes when I dont get a commision check. Pisses me off, and Im glad I make money when I go home online.

Wouldnt hurt to give it a try blackman

6 customers, you mean 6 sales? For the whole month? It could be better....How many ads do you have?

I want to try it, but first I want to hear something who is already doing it/tried it

6 a month for a body shop bro... That is huge, and thats just from USFreeads....

6 customers and we booked all 6 which is not very normal, we have a 50-80 percent closing rate ....it varies by month and is hard to track why exactly its so tough to close deals after theyve already walked in the door....

I have 1 ad per each classified site.

I might try USFreeads. It's cheap, and even if I make 1 sale a month, I will earn my membership back.

Can you cancel your subscription at anytime?
