    Why are you selling this site?
    I need to make some money fast for Xmas. I have a 6 year old and newborn. Things are tight so selling off some of my websites.

    How is it monetized?
    Adsense.
    Internal ads system.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    No time at all, just leave it as it is. If you want to earn more, promote it on social media or do some SEO.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Getting people into the chat rooms. That is the hardest part of any chat site. If people go into a chat room that is quiet, they leave. If you can get 20 people in the chat at once, it will grow fast.

    Notes:
    If you win this site, do not place Adsense on any chat room pages. Adsense must only be placed on static pages and not human generated content pages. You can promote the internal ads system or monetize the other pages through any other publisher that allows chat sites or human generated content pages.

    I'm sorry but the content on the pages is unique to the site and the domain. It is a website for sale in a package. If you meet the reserve then I can do anything you like but other people have shown interest into the site as it is, domain, content etc as it is. If I was to shift it to your domain then the site wouldn't be unique and not worth the price someone might be willing to pay for it. If you want to DM me an offer, we could end the auction and you get the domain and I can then shift the site to your other domain but it has to be sold as a complete website, domain and content.
