I don't believe all directories have the same links in the same categories. Even if that came to pass, it would not be duplicate content. Directories get decent pr, even directories I have seen with the same template and categories.

Why, well what you are saying is that everyone who submits to those who gratefully recd. this sql dump accept exactly the same submissions at the exact same time and they are then added to the exact same page and location. Sorry but not very likely. And most will do some mods, so what's the problem? Ian
