    To make calls, Yahoo messenger for android or iphone may be a solution for you.

    If you need calling on your mobile get a free VOIP app such as magicjack. Or, with yahoo Im not sure but you cna with google though.

    MagicJack, Vonage and Basic Talk (by Vonage) are all good for free calls. Basic Talk is about 10 bucks/month for unlimited abd works well. Also, Twilio has some nice resources as well.
